Fatbike Season is Here!

Fat Biking into the Sunset…

The days are shorter, the temperature is dropping and the bikes are getting fatter. We have the full range category-leading Trek Farley fat bikes in stock. Trek has the fat bike formula dialed with 27.5″ wheels, tubeless-ready stud-able tires out of the box (carbon models use lighter tires which are Gripstud-able) and most important of all, the geometry is amazing. The last point is important since many fat bikes handle like barges. The Farleys feel like regular mountain bikes.

Trek has four Farley models: the Farley 5 with aluminum frame, carbon fork and 1×10 Deore drivetrain, the Farley 7 with the same frame but with a Manitou Mastadon suspension fork, dropper post and SRAM Eagle 12 speed. The two lighter Farleys have full carbon frames and forks. The 9.6 features an Eagle drivetrain and lighter Bontrager Barbegazi tires. The flagship 9.8 is all carboned-up with not only the frame and fork but the cranks, rims and handlebar. The components are SRAM GX and with a dropper post comes in at a svelte 26 lbs.

Fat Bikes for All

The Farley 5 is $2099.99, the Farley 7 is $3099.99, the Farley 9.6 is $3699.99 and the 9.8 is $6199.99.

Come by and test ride a fat bike today. We also rent them if you’d like an extended fat bike experience. If you haven’t tried a fat bike you owe it to yourself to give it a try. Edmonton’s river valley is perfect terrain for them with our huge network of trails.

Fat Bike Rentals are $50 per day, $90 dollars for a 3-Day weekend and $200 per week.
